We are incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us to deliver your favorite meals. Over the years, you've supported countless local restaurants and our dedicated delivery partners, and for that, we extend our sincerest thanks.

We understand this news may come as a surprise, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for everyone. Please refer to the FAQ section below for information regarding your accounts, outstanding orders, and any remaining Grub credits.

Grub will officially cease all operations on August 28, 2025. This means you will no longer be able to place new orders or access your account after this date.

Following the shutdown date, all Grub accounts and associated personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. We recommend downloading any order history you wish to keep before August 28, 2025.

Any unused Grub credits or gift card balances must be redeemed before August 28, 2025. We encourage you to use them on your favorite meals before the platform closes. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for unredeemed credits or gift cards after this date.

All orders placed and confirmed before the shutdown date will be honored and delivered as usual. If you have a scheduled order for a date past August 28, 2025, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. Please ensure any future orders are placed and delivered before the shutdown.

For a limited period after August 28, 2025, our support team will still be available to assist with issues related to orders placed *before* the shutdown. Please contact us at grubfood@proton.me for assistance.
